Job summary

Excis is hiring an End User Support Technician in Jakarta to deliver deskside and on-site IT support across locations. The role covers event setups, hardware repair, IMAC moves, software support, and asset management using ServiceNow.

The candidate should have 3+ years in end user support, strong OS knowledge, and experience with ticketing systems. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in end user IT support.
• Strong understanding of client-based operating systems (Windows/Mac).
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Willingness to lift and move equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and on-site IT support for events and meetings across locations.
• Perform break-fix hardware support for laptops, desktops, tablets and peripherals.
• Handle IMAC moves and large office relocations.
• Support OS, software, and business apps; troubleshoot imaging devices.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow and keep users updated on status.
