Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.

• Familiarity with Linux, printers, and common business applications.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist users with operating systems, applications, email, and business software.
• Maintain LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
• Set up and configure user accounts and devices for new employees.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates of IT hardware and software.
• Monitor IT equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and user accounts.
• Manage IT support tickets and user requests.
• Assist with data backup, security procedures, and IT policy implementation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
• Prepare basic IT documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
