Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an HR Shared Services Lead to build and run a newly formed Global HR Operations center.

You will establish centralized processes, drive service delivery excellence, and partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence across time zones. Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding the team, ensuring data integrity in HR systems, and delivering a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, while shaping continuous improvement and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations or shared services, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in global HR operations, process improvement and change management.
• Proven HRIS expertise to support shared services delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the HR Shared Services team, including hiring new members.
• Design and implement centralized processes for operational efficiency.
• Develop a service delivery framework aligning with strategic priorities.
• Oversee onboarding, benefits, leave management, and offboarding.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data in HR systems and report KPIs.
• Identify gaps, refine processes and implement innovative solutions.
