The Doctor Associate in Bali seeks a Senior HR Advisor to design and manage total rewards, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead performance management initiatives. You will mentor an internal HR team and drive strategic initiatives across employee relations, compensation, benefits, and DEI.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to navigate local and national employment laws, oversee budgets, and collaborate with
Senior advisor command & control (C2) for complex employee relations issues, grievances, and investigations. Design and manage total rewards strategies, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and executive compensation. Ensure organizational compliance with national and local employment laws and regulations. Design and execute performance management systems, appraisal cycles, and KPI tracking. Manage the HR operational budget and lead, mentor, and evaluate the internal HR team.
Key responsibilities
Act as a senior advisor for complex employee relations issues, grievances and investigations
Schedule shift 12 hour work hour with 25 shift per month 5 Days Off ( early shift & late shift)
encompass the board of director when it needed to maintain the operational
Willing to work as international standard parameter
involve with marketing project and work as a leader team
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all operations
Implement employee engagement frameworks, retention programs, and satisfaction tracking
Design and manage total rewards strategies, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and executive compensation
Evaluate and manage company health benefits, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
Conduct regular market benchmark analysis to maintain competitive pay structures
Ensure organizational compliance with national and local employment laws and regulations
Oversee the continuous update of employee handbooks, HR policies, and safety protocols
Design and execute performance management systems, appraisal cycles, and KPI tracking
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the internal HR team (recruiter, HR generalists, payroll specialists)
MANDATORY ENTRANCE REQRUITMENT :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years in a senior leadership or management role
Senior HR certification preferred
Strategic thinking, executive communication, conflict resolution, change management, and data-driven decision-making
