PROJECT BLACK is seeking a Group HR Supervisor to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure policy compliance, and assist in various HR functions. You will collaborate with venue-level HR teams, conduct audits, and contribute to continuous HR process improvements.

The role involves coordinating onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, training, and employee development while maintaining confidential talent records across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Experience in HR operations or related role, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of HRIS, labour laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations across multiple venues.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with policies and labour regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential talent records.
• Support performance management, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Assist with talent relations, training, and employee development.
