SeaOwl Group is seeking a seasoned Remote HR Project Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives for a rapidly growing multinational client in the logistics sector. This fully remote role requires delivering HR projects from inception to completion while aligning with global HR strategy.

Responsibilities include planning, defining scope, building detailed project plans, managing risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, PM, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience with HR focus.
• Experience with HRIS implementations, redesigns, or large-scale change programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project).
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across the organization.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure projects align with the company's strategic goals and HR objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR projects.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future initiatives.
