Our client, a leading management consultancy, seeks a Senior Human Capital Consultant for a remote-first role. You will advise senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, and HR transformation to drive engagement and align human capital with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HCM, strong change management, and experience guiding remote teams in virtual environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in human capital consulting, HR leadership, or organizational development.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing human capital solutions.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, talent management frameworks, and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in virtual environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire remote teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fully remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and HR technology implementation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies that support business goals.
• Advise clients on best practices in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee development.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new HR policies and systems.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments of HR functions and organizational structures.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus.
• Manage project teams and client relationships to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Stay current with emerging trends in HR technology, workforce analytics, and future of work concepts.
