The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management with a strong focus on strategic planning, change management, and delivering measurable outcomes. PMP certification is preferred, MBA is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or related field with focus on strategy and execution.
• 10+ years of project management experience with a strategic emphasis.
• Proven track record leading large-scale strategic programs, especially in remote settings.
• Strong business acumen, analytics, and ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of critical strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps, business cases, and project plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively in a remote setting.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among global, cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
