Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition and HR with full-cycle focus.
• Proven recruitment strategy development and execution.
• Strong employer branding knowledge and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience designing and managing onboarding programs.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Remote-work experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
