Job summary

Ayana Hospitality at AYANA Komodo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for our hotel operations. You will develop HR policies, oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR management within hospitality, a strong knowledge of regulations, and a proven leadership record in remote locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• An assertive leader, process driven with a high degree of compliance.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Experience in at least one remote location in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and values.
• Oversee recruitment and selection, sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Manage onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
• Implement performance management processes with regular evaluations and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs and communicate effectively to employees.
• Collaborate with department managers to support HR needs and provide guidance on HR matters.
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to improve HR processes.
