Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in high-volume catering or restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management.
• Strong understanding of culinary trends, techniques, and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles is essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills for managing remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate diverse, seasonal menus for a remote clientele.
• Develop and standardize recipes and cooking techniques, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of remote chefs and kitchen staff.
• Oversee ingredient sourcing, quality control, and cost management.
