Job summary

TerraPeak Group Pte Ltd is seeking a remote Business Growth Partner for Indonesia to drive new client acquisition and close deals across our AI automation, consulting, and training suite. This is a 100% commission-based role focused on building trust with SMEs and international clients entering Southeast Asia.

You will sell AI automation, consulting, and leadership training programs, identifying prospects, conducting meetings, and closing contracts to hit ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in B2B sales, preferably SMEs or SaaS.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
• Self-driven with remote-work discipline.
• Sound understanding of the Indonesian SME market.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential Indonesian clients.
• Conduct virtual meetings and close deals remotely.
• Present Terrapeak’s services persuasively to C-levels.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to grow Indonesia presence.
