MatchaTalent client is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales in Indonesia for AI-powered SaaS solutions, engaging senior decision-makers and managing long, complex deals.

Based remotely with Jakarta as your base, you will drive outbound and inbound prospecting, build strategic accounts, and coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing and Pre-Sales to win and expand enterprise partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 7–12 years in B2B sales or business development, enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
• Proven track record in managing multi-month enterprise sales cycles and large deals.
• Ability to engage senior and C-level stakeholders in Indonesia and SEA.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies across Indonesia and the SEA region.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Identify strategic accounts and build long-term relationships with C-level executives.
• Deliver consultative sales discussions and tailor AI-powered SaaS proposals.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing and Pre-Sales to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM updates and forecasts.
