Mekari is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention through rigorous experimentation in a remote-first setup across Indonesia. You will own CRO, A/B testing, analytics, and multi-channel campaigns, partnering with product and engineering to scale growth and improve core metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in growth/performance/digital marketing with growth focus.
• Proven track record of driving user growth via experiments and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of CRO and A/B testing.
• Experience with web analytics, marketing automation, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data-driven growth strategy focused on acquiring, activating, and retaining customers.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, emails, ads, and onboarding flows.
• Identify growth levers via data analysis, market research, and user feedback.
• Manage paid acquisition channels (SEM, social ads, affiliate marketing) to scale growth.
• Oversee email marketing and CRM campaigns for lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to implement growth initiatives.
• Define and track KPIs for growth marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of growth hacking techniques and emerging channels.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making within the team.
