Craiser Global Solution is seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their fully remote team. You will develop, implement, and manage the affiliate program to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across Indonesia, recruiting partners and optimizing campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate marketing programs.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Commission Junction, Rakuten Advertising, Impact Radius) and tracking technologies.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with partners.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently in a remote setting, potentially contributing from Makassar.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners (publishers, bloggers, influencers, etc.).
• Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing support and fostering engagement.
• Oversee the affiliate marketing platform, including tracking, reporting, and payments.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize affiliate activities and ROI.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns and incentives for affiliates.
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and program policies.
• Conduct competitor analysis within the affiliate marketing landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
