Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in recruitment or staffing.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of recruitment services and the talent acquisition landscape.
