Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in technical or engineering roles.

• Excellent remote communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
