Job summary

MKIT Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled talent acquisition specialist to identify qualified candidates for BD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and PM roles across APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and LATAM. You will help manage candidate profiles in our recruitment platform and coordinate interview scheduling for progressing applicants.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, are based in Southeast Asia, and are available 3–4 hours daily with strong English

• Active user of sourcing channels to identify candidates.
• Strong English communication skills and professional presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates for BD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and PM roles across APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and LATAM.
• Upload candidate profiles directly into our dedicated recruitment platform.
• Assist in scheduling candidate interviews as they advance through the selection process.

Compensation Structure

• Approved Resumes: $10 USD per valid resume.
• Interview Milestone: Up to $30 USD per candidate who completes an interview.
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $120 USD for hitting resume targets.
• Placement Commission: 20% commission on client payments upon successful hire.

Candidate Requirements

• Location: Must be based in SOUTHEAST ASIA (mandatory).
• Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment (required).
• Sourcing Channels: Active user of LinkedIn, Indeed, or local job networks.
• Commitment & Skills: Available for 3–4 hours daily with strong English communication skills.
