Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA in Jakarta Central leads the headhunter delivery team responsible for sourcing for mining, new energy, manufacturing, AI data center, and Chinese functions, ensuring timely, high-quality hires. You will own the full delivery lifecycle from demand analysis to offers and onboarding, driving performance and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of headhunter experience, with at least 2 years in management and team delivery.
• Fluent in English for direct communication with overseas clients and candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market; experience in New energy, Manufacturing, and AI sectors preferred.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Chinese recruiting agencies or Chinese offshore enterprises.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment targets and lead a team to hire goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the headhunter delivery team and oversee recruitment across mining, new energy, manufacturing, AI data centers, and Chinese functions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery process from demand analysis to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain industry talent pools and mapping for key positions.
• Oversee systems and processes; drive standardization, dataization, and automation; manage team performance and training.
• Maintain professional English communication with overseas clients and candidates and handle cross-cultural discussions.

Job description

1. Leads the headhunter delivery team, responsible for the delivery of mining, new energy, manufacturing, artificial intelligence (data center, computing power, etc.) and Chinese functions and business positions, and is responsible for delivering results.

2. Lead the complete delivery process from demand analysis, talent search, screening evaluation, recommendation, interview arrangement, offer negotiation to entry follow-up, and control delivery quality and nodes.

3. Build and maintain the industry talent pool, output key positions talent mapping, improve the efficiency of search and hit rate.

4. Be responsible for the recruiting business system and process optimization (standardization - dataization - systematic - intelligent); Responsible for team goal dismantling, process management and performance appraisal, training teaching advisers, and building a stable team.

5. Maintain professional communication with overseas clients and candidates in English and handle key points in cross-cultural communication.

Requirements:

• 1. Has more than 5 years of headhunter-related work experience, including more than 2 years of management experience, and has team delivery experience.
• 2. Fluent in English, he can communicate directly with overseas clients and candidates as a working language.
• 3. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• 4. Familiarity with the Indonesian market and experience in delivering in the following directions is preferred:
• New energy (photovoltaics, energy storage, battery materials)
• Manufacturing (smelting, factories, smart manufacturing)
• Artificial Intelligence (data centers, computing power, AI infrastructure, etc.)
• 5. Preference is given to those with experience of Chinese recruiting agencies or Chinese offshore enterprises, and knowledge of Chinese functional / business recruitment scenarios.
• 6. Results-oriented, strong ability to work under pressure, can carry performance indicators, familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet and other channels and ATS
• 7. Proven ability to manage recruitment targets and lead a team to achieve hiring goals.
