Timo is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growing teams across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build talent pipelines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across different markets and cultures.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across SEA markets.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, portals, social media, communities, referrals.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate pipelines.
• Support offers and onboarding through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring positions.
• Provide hiring insights: salary expectations, channels, and market conditions.
• Track progress, results, and pipeline performance.
• Support employer branding and TA initiatives across the region.

We are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Timo's growing teams across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with business and HR teams across different markets to understand hiring needs, source the right talent, and manage recruitment from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable working across different cultures, and enjoys building talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across SEA markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
• Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring needs, requirements, and priorities.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, communities, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess experience, skills, motivation, and suitability for the role.
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Support offer discussions and follow up with candidates through the hiring process until onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Research local talent markets and provide hiring insights, including candidate availability, salary expectations, and recruitment channels.
• Adapt recruitment strategies based on different market conditions and candidate profiles.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment progress, hiring results, and pipeline performance.
• Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives across the region.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple vacancies across different markets.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with international and multicultural teams.
