Job summary

PT Tasblock Industry Indonesia is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across Surabaya and the East Java region. You will lead proactive lead generation, build strong client relationships, and perform on-site product demonstrations to close deals.

The role requires 3+ years in field sales (B2B/B2G), a valid driver’s license, and fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia. Remote work is supported, with THR and annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience (B2B/B2G) or account management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency.
• Valid driver's license and own transport for daily client visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pitch to potential clients within the designated territory to expand the active customer pipeline.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure high retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct daily field visits, product demonstrations, and face-to-face negotiations with business owners or procurement managers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to the regional sales head.
• Log all sales activities, timelines, updates, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding billing issues.

Education

Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Materials Science, Marketing, or related field
