Job summary

Weidmuller Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Sales professional in Surabaya to drive new business development and expand the regional market. The role offers full-time hours with flexibility for remote work where appropriate, and requires managing client relationships while hitting sales targets.

You will present Weidmuller solutions, prepare tailored proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.

Qualifications

2–3 years in field sales or new business development.
Experience in industrial, electrical or engineering sectors preferred.
Fluent in Indonesian and English.
Valid driving licence and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and pursue new business opportunities within the Surabaya territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact and site visits.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate terms to meet sales targets while preserving profitability and satisfaction.
Gather market intelligence and feedback on competitors and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, logistics and management.
Maintain records of activities, interactions and pipeline in CRM.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs.
Participate in industry events and networking to generate leads.
