Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong analytical skills and computer literacy (MS Office).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Sales-driven mindset with target focus in construction industry.
• 1–2 years experience as Sales Engineer is advantageous.
• Own a personal car and valid SIM A for site visits.
• English proficiency (passive at minimum).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, applicators and distributors in construction.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct site visits, product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
