Job summary

PT TERRACO RAPI INDONESIA seeks a Territory Sales Representative to grow retail sales in the Tangerang area. You will expand customer coverage, develop relationships with building material stores and distributors, and drive product distribution of Terraco Rapi’s mortar, wall finishing, tile adhesive, and related materials.

The role requires 2 years in sales, strong communication, and the ability to visit field sites frequently. SIM A/C and transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willing to conduct frequent field visits within the Tangerang area.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with building material stores, retailers, distributors, contractors, applicators, and other potential customers in the assigned area.
Conduct regular market visits and customer visits to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets according to the company's objectives.
Introduce and promote Terraco Rapi products, including mortar, wall finishing, tile adhesive, flooring, waterproofing, repair products, and related construction materials.
Develop new customers and expand product distribution within the Tangerang area.
Monitor customer orders, sales activities, stock availability, and product movement.
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, warehouse, logistics, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer needs.
Provide product information and basic technical explanation to customers and coordinate with the Technical/Marketing team when further technical support is required.
Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, market updates, and sales forecasts.
Follow up quotations, customer inquiries, orders, payments, and other sales-related matters.
Participate in product promotion, customer events, product demonstrations, and other marketing activities.
Ensure good customer service and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
