Job summary

Pt Royal Abadi Sejahtera is seeking a Senior Software Sales Consultant for ERP systems to drive new business across Indonesia. This remote role involves guiding prospects through evaluation, showcasing ERP ROI, and closing high-value software deals with C-level stakeholders.

Candidates should have deep ERP knowledge and a proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably with West Java market exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of software sales experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Experience selling to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand ERP requirements and business processes.
• Deliver tailored ERP demonstrations highlighting ROI and value.
• Develop proposals and solution designs addressing client needs.
• Manage sales cycle from first contact through contract signing.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain pipeline reports.
