The ideal candidate has 10 years of sales experience, 3+ years selling ERP solutions (SAP/Oracle/VMware), and a proven track record of quota attainment in competitive environments.

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall sales or inside sales experience.
• 3+ years selling ERP software solutions for SAP and/or Oracle; proven success competing against Oracle/SAP.
• Command knowledge of the enterprise software industry.
• Track record of sustained quota achievement.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented, competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness and demand for Rimini Street products and services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and collaborating with the lead generation team.
• Engage with prospects to understand their goals, problems and needs.
• Articulate strategic vision to move prospects toward the Rimini Street solution.
• Develop compelling sales presentations and collateral for opportunities.
• Drive the sales process with cross-functional peers to win opportunities.
• Navigate complex contract negotiations and internal approval processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Legal, Finance to ensure smooth transitions to client status.
• Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales commitments, updating CRM accordingly.
