MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects across Southeast Asia and Indonesia. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, market research, lead generation, social selling, and relationship development with an international team.

You will work remotely from Indonesia, collaborate with sales and marketing, maintain CRM records, and use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach or SalesLoft to track activity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in B2B SaaS, AI tech, or enterprise software sales.
• Solid English communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting, and ABM is preferred.
