WhatJobs Direct is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to serve our global client base from anywhere in Indonesia. You will be the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they maximize the value of our services through proactive support and adoption.

Requirements include a minimum of three years in customer success or account management, a track record of retaining a portfolio of clients, excellent communication and analytical skills, and experience with CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Mgmt or related client-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and achieving high retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fully remote setting, demonstrating self-discipline and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies for product adoption and success.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and sales teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate at‑risk accounts, developing recovery plans.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful initial adoption.
• Track client health metrics and report on progress to management.
• Stay updated on product features and industry trends to better serve clients.
