Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Client Advisor to convert inbound interest from small- and mid-sized businesses into clients, acting as the first conversation with prospective customers. You will respond quickly, diagnose needs, and connect Toptal specialists to guide the client through the sales process in a high-energy, consultative role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert inbound opportunities into paying customers.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Full availability during your working hours to take client calls.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with global hiring, EOR, or payroll concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run high-energy discovery on every inbound conversation to understand the client objective.
• Explain Toptal’s value proposition and guide the client through the sales process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain progress after calls and prepare specialists for follow-up conversations.
• Position Toptal as a strategic partner across the full portfolio.
• Maintain a forecasted pipeline and communicate next steps clearly.
• Be a value-driven, client-centric advocate throughout the deal lifecycle.
