Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista, with expertise in brewing methods and latte art.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a cafe/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, flavors, and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a team effectively.
• Familiarity with cafe POS systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages with precision.
• Supervise and train cafe staff on beverage prep, service standards, and procedures.
• Manage inventory of beans, milk, pastries, and cafe supplies.
• Oversee daily cafe operations to maintain a clean, inviting environment.
