Job summary

Reload Sanctuary in Bali is seeking a proactive Daily Worker Barista/Bartender to join our F&B team. You will craft high-quality coffee, cocktails, smoothies, and beverages while ensuring a warm, guest-focused experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in F&B, solid coffee knowledge, basic cocktail skills, and a friendly, professional attitude. Bahasa Indonesia fluency and basic English are required; weekend and holiday shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar Food & Beverage position.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, milk steaming, beverage recipes, and basic bar operations.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, juices, smoothies, and beverage presentation.
• Experience with latte art is an advantage.
• Able to communicate confidently in Bahasa Indonesia; basic conversational English is required.
• Guest-oriented, friendly, and able to maintain a professional attitude.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, punctual, honest, and responsible.
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy operational environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, hygiene procedures, and company standards.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and special events.
• Available to work on a daily-worker basis.
• Preferably residing in Bali, especially around Canggu or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, mocktails, cocktails per recipes.
• Operate bar equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain beverage quality, taste, portion size, and presentation.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Explain menu items and recommend beverages.
• Take and process guest orders using POS.
• Ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.
• Maintain bar and coffee station cleanliness and organization.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock management and FIFO labeling.
• Coordinate with service, kitchen, cashier, and other teams.
• Support events and peak-hour operations.
• Report complaints or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Reload Sanctuary is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and service-oriented Daily Worker Barista/Bartender to support our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, smoothies, juices, and cocktails while delivering a warm and professional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other bar equipment safely and correctly.

Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, portion size, and presentation.

Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests.

Explain menu items and provide suitable beverage recommendations based on guests’ preferences.

Take and process guest orders accurately using the designated ordering or POS system.

Ensure all orders are prepared and served promptly.

Perform bar and coffee-station opening and closing procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee station, equipment, utensils, glassware, and surrounding areas.

Follow all food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Monitor daily stock levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock, damaged, or unavailable items.

Assist with receiving, storing, labelling, and rotating ingredients according to FIFO standards.

Minimize waste by following recipes, portion controls, and proper storage procedures.

Handle ingredients, beverages, equipment, and company property responsibly.

Coordinate closely with the service, kitchen, cashier, and other operational teams.

Support special events, peak-hour operations, and additional operational requirements when needed.

Immediately report guest complaints, equipment issues, breakages, incidents, or operational concerns to the supervisor.

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
