The ideal candidate has basic espresso knowledge, milk steaming, and a positive attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is required; training and growth opportunities are provided in a friendly, professional café setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
• Experience with milk steaming and basic latte art is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, chocolate and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the bar area.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers.
• Understand our coffee, cacao/chocolate and beverage products and communicate them to customers.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily café operations.
• Support other café duties when required.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and chocolate beverages, creating a welcoming experience for our customers, and maintaining consistent product quality and service standards. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in making great drinks, but also enjoys learning, working as part of a team, and creating a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Prepare coffee, chocolate and other beverages according to our recipes and standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality.

Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment properly.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the bar area.

Provide friendly and attentive service to customers.

Understand our coffee, cacao/chocolate and beverage products and communicate them to customers.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily café operations.

About you

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.

Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication is an advantage.
