Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor position within a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, beverages, and basic mixology.
• Able to conduct training and develop team members.
• Experienced in preparing staff schedules and managing manpower effectively.
• Ensure all team members follow SOP and service standards.
• Excellent product knowledge with the ability to introduce and recommend products to an international market.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for both internal teams and external guests.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ready to support and handle cafe events and special occasions.
• Domiciled in Bali is preferred.
