Willing to be based in Medan Area and travel as needed.
Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
Proven experience with more than 1 year in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, and prior leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Client visits and territory execution to plan and conduct daily client visits, monitor product placement, pricing and competitor activity.
Stock assessment during visits, record low/out-of-stock items, and update trackers for follow-up actions.
Promote restock and new product by recommending restock quantities and bundles based on client history.
Client relationship management through regular communication, addressing feedback and building long-term partnerships.
Field insights reporting by capturing client feedback and competitor activity and sharing findings with internal teams.
