Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client visits & territory execution to plan and conduct daily client visits and monitor activity.
• Stock assessment during visits and updating trackers for follow-up actions.
• Promote restock and new product through recommendations based on history.
• Maintain client relationships, address feedback, and build long-term partnerships.
• Capture field insights and share with internal teams to support sales strategy.
