We seek a Senior Search Consultant / Client Relationship Lead to grow our Asia presence, run end-to-end recruitment assignments, and build lasting client relationships from a remote Asia-based location.

You will develop talent networks across heavy industry, win opportunities through market conversations, and collaborate with APAC and global teams to deliver value.

Qualifikationen

• Previous recruitment agency experience delivering client relationships and recruitment delivery.
• Ability to develop new relationships and turn market conversations into assignments.
• Experience managing permanent recruitment or search assignments from brief to placement.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across Asia.
• Create new recruitment opportunities through informed market conversations, referrals, networking and relationship development.
• Own recruitment assignments end to end - from initial client brief and search strategy through to candidate management, offer and placement.
• Develop strong talent networks across mining, engineering and heavy-industry disciplines.
• Understand client workforce challenges and connect them with Globe 24-7 solutions (permanent recruitment, executive search, RPO, HR consulting).
• Build Globe 24-7's visibility through events, networks and market engagement.
• Maintain a view of priority relationships and upcoming assignments across the region.
• Collaborate with APAC and global teams to share intelligence and delivery capability.
