Job summary

Solve Education is seeking a Business Development professional for an AI-driven career clarity platform based in Singapore. This role focuses on expanding partnerships and revenue by engaging schools, universities, corporates, and professionals, with Indonesian candidates able to work remotely for the client in Singapore.

You will prospect, build relationships, prepare proposals, and close deals, while tracking pipeline and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in Tech, AI, or Education industries.
• Comfortable working with data/CRM tools to manage pipeline.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Preferably based in Jakarta or surrounding areas, to facilitate in-person meetings with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential clients/partners (B2B and/or B2C, to confirm).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales/partnership targets.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals/partnerships.
• Track pipeline, report performance, and provide market feedback to leadership.
• Represent the company at events, webinars, or networking opportunities.
