Job summary

SalesCode.ai in Jakarta seeks an experienced B2B sales professional to lead engagements with large enterprise clients across Indonesia and the SEA region. You will drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to proposals, negotiation and closure, while building long-term client partnerships.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales to tailor AI-driven SaaS solutions to complex business needs, maintain a healthy pipeline, and communicate deal

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of B2B sales experience in tech/SaaS or digital products.
• Experience selling to Indonesia/SEA markets with local context.
• Strong English communication; local language a plus.
• Independent, target-driven sales professional with end-to-end cycle skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Deliver product demos, prepare proposals, negotiate terms.
• Identify and prioritize accounts across Indonesia and SEA.
• Position AI-led SaaS solutions to address client challenges.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and keep CRM updated.
• Engage mid- to senior-level stakeholders with tailored pitches.
