Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in B2B SaaS, AI tech, enterprise software sales, lead gen, or SDR roles.
• Understanding of Southeast Asian markets preferred.
• Experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting, social selling, and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
• Generate qualified leads via networking, account research, databases, and networks.
• Execute outbound outreach through email and platforms.
• Communicate solutions clearly in English to prospects.
• Nurture prospects through follow-ups and value-based engagement.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine messaging and lists.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
