Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (Indonesia Eximbank) is seeking a seasoned banking professional to manage financing, risk assessment, and credit activities within Semarang. You will develop proposals, market LPEI products, and nurture relationships with debtors.

The role requires at least 4 years in banking/finance and a professional risk/credit qualification. A postgraduate degree is advantageous; placement is in Semarang, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Professional qualification in Risk Management and/or Credit Brevet preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Semarang.

Responsabilités

• Prepare proposals for target markets and identify feasible prospective debtors or clients.
• Carry out marketing activities for LPEI products to (prospective) Debtors.
• Analyze and propose marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with debtors or clients.
• Analyze and conduct risk assessments on various aspects of business proposals.
• Analyze credit ratings of (prospective) Debtors.
• Monitor Debtors’ business activities, compliance with obligations and financing requirements.
• Analyze and prepare proposals for financing collectability assessments and CKPN calculations.
• Propose LPEI Partnership Programs.
• Ensure achievement of individual performance targets.
• Ensure operations align with good corporate governance; follow up audit findings.

Job Overview:
To carry out financing, secure, and insurance business activities, encompassing business planning, execution, and development within the assigned management area, in order to achieve LPEI’s business targets.

Responsibilities:

To prepare proposals for target markets and identify feasible prospective debtors or clients.

To carry out marketing activities for LPEI products to (prospective) Debtors.

To analyze and propose marketing strategies to be implemented in order to achieve business targets.

To establish and maintain good relationships with debtors or clients.

To analyze and conduct risk assessments on various aspects of business proposals.

To analyze credit ratings of (prospective) Debtors.

To monitor Debtors’ business activities, compliance with obligations and financing requirements, including taking preventive measures in the event of a decline in the Debtor’s business performance or activities.

To analyze and prepare proposals for financing collectability assessments and objective evidence analysis of financing, including the calculation of individual CKPN, as well as maintaining financing collectability in coordination with relevant work units.

To propose LPEI Partnership Programs.

To ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.

To ensure that all operational activities are conducted in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles.

To follow up on the completion of audit findings and corrective actions.

To perform other duties as required by the institution and/or as instructed by superiors.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 4 (four) years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions.

Possession of a professional qualification in Risk Management and/or Credit Brevet is preferred.

Willing to be placed in Semarang.
