Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Risk Management Certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience across at least two departments.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of country risk and export-import activities.
• Strategic planning and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop target market proposals and identify prospective, qualified, and feasible debtors or clients.
• Market LPEI’s financing, guarantee, and insurance products to prospective and existing debtors.
• Analyze and develop marketing strategies to support the achievement of business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors and clients.
• Conduct risk assessments of various aspects of business proposals.
• Analyze and assess the ratings of prospective and existing debtors.
• Monitor debtors’ business activities, fulfillment of financing obligations, and compliance with financing requirements, including taking preventive measures in the event of declining business performance.
• Analyze and propose financing collectability assessments and objective evidence of impairment, including individual Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations, in collaboration with relevant units.
• Propose LPEI Partnership Programs.
• Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.
• Perform all operational activities in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and ensure the fulfillment of audit action plans.
• Perform other duties as required by the institution and/or assigned by management.
