Relationship Manager Financial Insitution

Acquire new Financial Institution (FI) clients and manage existing relationships to drive business growth and expand the Bank’s client portfolio.

Identify business opportunities and develop tailored banking solutions to meet clients’ needs and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and decision-makers at financial institutions.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination, address client needs, and deliver suitable banking products and services.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar Relationship Manager role, preferably in Corporate Banking or Financial Institutions.

Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.

Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
