Job summary

PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Universal seeks a results-driven Credit Marketing Officer to expand the microfinance market and build strong client relationships. You will conduct credit surveys, verify documents, and oversee NPL recoveries in compliance with SOPs and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Experience in marketing/sales preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.
• High integrity and risk awareness are required.

• Expand the microfinance market, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
