Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is looking for a Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with Affluent and HNW clients in West Jakarta. You will identify client needs and provide wealth management and investment solutions, while achieving sales and AUM targets.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, product knowledge across funds, bonds, deposits, insurance, FX, and a strong emphasis on compliance and client retention. Indonesian market experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Relationship Management or related roles.
• Proven experience handling Affluent, Premier, Preferred, or HNW customers.
• Strong sales orientation with proven track record of achieving targets.
• Good knowledge of wealth management and investment products (mutual funds, bonds, deposits, insurance, FX).
• Bachelor's Degree; D3 graduates with strong relevant experience may be considered.
• Certifications such as WAPERD, AAJI, and/or WPPE are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation and customer acquisition skills.
• Stable employment history with 1–2 years in the same company preferred.
• Hokkien language skills are advantageous.

About you

• Good knowledge and experience in wealth management and investment products, particularly mutual funds, bonds, funding products, insurance, and/or foreign exchange


• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a recognized university. D3 graduates with exceptionally strong relevant experience may also be considered


• Relevant certifications such as WAPERD, AAJI, and/or WPPE are highly preferred


• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills


• Stable employment history with a minimum of 1–2 years in the same company preferred
