Job summary

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, Dikichi brand, seeks a meticulous Permit & License professional to ensure all licenses and approvals are obtained, renewed, and documented in Indonesia.

You will collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to keep operations compliant and ready for expansion across multiple outlets. The role demands strong regulatory knowledge and proactive workflow management.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Law, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Permit & License or regulatory roles.
• Experience handling licenses in Indonesia (NIB, SIUP, IMB/PBG, etc.).
• Proficient with OSS RBA, SIMBG, and local licensing platforms.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Licensing & Regulatory Compliance – manage licensing requirements and legal status of operations.
• Manage Operational Licensing – handle, renew, and monitor NIB, SIUP, IMB/PBG, AMDAL/UKL-UPL, location permits.
• Keep Business Operations Legally Compliant – monitor regulatory requirements from government bodies.
• Drive Licensing Processes – coordinate submissions from prep to completion.
• Build Government Relations – communicate with ministries and agencies during licensing processes.
• Monitor Permit Validity – audit permits to ensure timely renewal and avoid disruption.
