Job summary

Hangry is seeking a Regional Trainer Associate to deliver effective training programs across multiple outlets. You will partner with outlet operations and the Learning & Development team to identify needs, improve learning effectiveness, and support operational excellence.

You will design and deliver sessions, tailor methods to diverse audiences, and monitor training impact while maintaining schedules and documentation across outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Hospitality, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in training, Learning & Development, or operational training in F&B/retail/hospitality.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of outlet operations and service standards.
• Analytical skills to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple training schedules independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions to outlet teams with clear application of learning materials.
• Coordinate with outlet operations and L&D to align activities with needs.
• Identify training needs and skill gaps via field observations and feedback.
• Adapt training methods to suit diverse learners and outlet conditions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Support improvements to training materials, SOPs, and learning modules.
• Utilize learning tools and platforms to aid delivery and engagement.
• Manage training schedules, documentation, and reporting across outlets.
