Job summary

Shopee Bangkok is seeking an entry-level Operations professional to support end-to-end processes from order search to delivery. You will help monitor KPIs, manage daily workflow, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain high efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and stamina for fast-paced campaigns, including potential afternoon/night shifts. Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
