Job summary

Shopee in Jakarta is seeking an entry-level Operations Associate to drive seller engagement for our programs. You will manage seller outreach via calls and chats, explain benefits, and help sellers overcome challenges to improve activation and performance.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, be comfortable with outbound outreach, and use data to track progress while working with cross-functional teams. Growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Experience in account management, customer support, or business development is a plus.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
