Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) seeks a regional Branch Manager to drive performance across Jakarta areas. You will ensure targets are communicated to branches according to potential and supervise Branch Managers to implement processes to meet those targets.

You will be responsible for the performance of Branch Managers, attainment toward Distributor’s monthly targets and Principal targets, and maintaining smooth relations with Principals.

• Ensure company targets are communicated and allocated to branches according to potential.
• Make sure the Branch Managers understand it and implement all processes to achieve the target.
• Responsible for the performance of Branch Manager
• Responsible for Branch attainment achievement toward Distributor’s monthly target and target per Principal
• Responsible for smooth relationship between Branches with Principal
• Monitor Service Level Branches within its region
• Responsible for the development of potentials and businesses in their respective regions
• Responsible for Achievement of Behavior KPI, KPI Revenue, KPI Collection and KPI Service Level
