Henkel is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to partner with the commercial organization, handling operational, analytical, and administrative tasks. The role supports the sales team across master data, pricing, reporting, and cross-system coordination to drive effective results.

You will also assist in meeting coordination, travel planning, and regional events, ensuring smooth daily operations for the commercial organization within the APEC region.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Customer Service, or Business Administration.
• Experience working in a multinational and cross-functional environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with master data management processes and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day sales operations, including quotations, pricing requests, customer inquiries, and commercial coordination.
• Manage customer and product master data across Salesforce, SAP, and other business systems.
• Maintain pricing information, support rebate administration, and coordinate with Finance on commercial processes.
• Prepare sales and operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Provide data insights and reporting support to regional sales teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external inquiries, supporting issue resolution and follow-up actions.
• Support sales meetings, leadership reviews, travel arrangements, and team administrative activities.
• Coordinate customer visits, sales conferences, workshops, and regional events.
• Ensure timely execution of requests and projects across the APEC region.
